Terms of service

The terms, in plain words.

These terms govern orders placed through make3d.bg. They are written to be read, and nothing in them takes away a right the law gives you.

1. Who we are

[Company name], EIK [EIK], [Registered address]. Reach us at info@make3d.bg.

2. What we sell

Manufacturing to your specification: 3D-printed parts made from the files you send, and scanning or reverse engineering of physical parts you send us or we visit on site.

3. Requests and quotes

You send a model and the details of your request. We prepare it and send you a quote: what will be made, the price for the whole order, and the date it will be ready. A quote is valid for 14 days. We may decline a request — for example if a model cannot be printed well, or its use would be unlawful — and we tell you why.

4. The contract

When you accept a quote, a contract is formed at the quoted price, for exactly what the quote describes. A change to the model, material or quantity needs a new quote.

5. Payment

By bank transfer, in full, after you accept the quote and before we start printing; we start when the payment arrives. We do not charge VAT; you receive an invoice. If something on an invoice is wrong or short, write within 14 days and we will put it right.

6. Making your parts

We print from the file we prepared and priced. Printed parts show layer lines, and dimensions follow the normal tolerances of the process; if a dimension is critical, say so in your request and we will tell you before quoting whether it can be held.

7. Your files and parts

Files and scans are used to make your parts and nothing else — never shared, resold or shown without your written consent. Files of requests you do not accept are deleted after 6 months. Physical parts sent for scanning are logged at intake and returned with the delivery. You confirm you hold the rights to what you send; reverse engineering is done on your instruction and under your responsibility for third-party rights.

8. Our reprint promise

A print that fails on our machines is reprinted at our expense. Your statutory rights on conformity of goods under the Consumer Protection Act are untouched by anything in these terms.

9. Withdrawal

Every part is made to your specification, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales does not apply to it (Art. 57(3) Consumer Protection Act; Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU) — we say so again before you accept a quote. If something is wrong with what we made, our reprint promise and your statutory rights apply in full. For services not yet begun — a booked scan — the statutory right applies as the law writes it.

10. Delivery

By courier to the address or office you choose, at your cost, paid to the courier on delivery — or collected in Sofia by arrangement. Risk passes on delivery.

11. Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Consumer disputes may be referred to the General Conciliation Commission at the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) — an alternative dispute resolution body under the Consumer Protection Act — and we take part in those proceedings in good faith. Otherwise, the courts of [Court venue].

12. Changes

These terms are versioned and dated; the version in force when you accepted your quote applies to that order.

Questions about any of this — get in touch; a person answers.

Have a part in mind?

Send us a model and a person prices it — a quote costs nothing. Or start a scan with just a photo of the part. One part is a perfectly normal order either way.
