Set for its job
Tell us what the part does — on display, everyday use, carrying load, near heat. We choose walls, infill and layer height to match, so a bracket is not printed like an ornament.
Send us your model and say what the part is for. A person — not an algorithm — chooses the orientation, the strength and the supports, and sends you one clear price. You never have to learn a slicer setting. One part or a batch, in eighteen materials; and if all you have is the part itself, we can scan it.
3MF, STL, OBJ or STEP. Tell us the quantity, the material if you know it, and what the part has to do. Not sure the file is right? Send it anyway — we will look and tell you straight.
A person who prints for a living opens your model and decides how it sits on the plate, how strong it needs to be inside and where it needs support — then prepares the exact print file.
We email you the price for the whole order — exactly what you pay — and the date it will be ready. It is worked out from that exact print file — the file we price is the file we print.
Accept the quote, pay by bank transfer, and we print your parts and ship them by courier — or you collect them in Sofia. Nothing is charged until you accept.
Orientation, walls, infill and supports decide both how strong a part is and what it costs. Choosing them well takes experience, so we do it for you — for the job your part has to do — and price the result.
Tell us what the part does — on display, everyday use, carrying load, near heat. We choose walls, infill and layer height to match, so a bracket is not printed like an ornament.
Your price is worked out from the exact print file we prepared — the plastic it uses and the hours the machine spends on it. When you accept, that same file goes to the printer.
At our expense, not yours — a failed print is our problem to solve.
Order one part. Order it again next month. Order four hundred. Each quote is worked out the same way.
Setting up the machine is paid once per build plate, not once per part — so parts that share a plate share the setup, and the price per piece falls.
From everyday prototyping grades to the high-temperature ones. If a cheap material will do the job, we will say so — the right part matters more to us than the bigger invoice.
Prototyping grades
For fit checks, mock-ups and the three revisions before the one you keep. Cheap enough to be wrong on.
Dissolvable support available, so awkward internal shapes come out clean.
Engineering grades
Parts that go into a product and stay there — housings, brackets, fixtures. The fibre-filled grades are stiff enough to stand in for machined aluminium.
Heated chamber and a hardened nozzle, which is what makes these repeatable.
High-performance grades
Heat, fuel, solvents, engine bays. We run these as standard work, on machines built for exactly this.
Holds shape past 250 °C and shrugs off most chemicals.
What each material is good for, and what it costs you in trade-offs
Some parts have no file and no drawing — discontinued, made by hand, or older than their maker’s records. Send them to us by courier, or — when the part cannot travel or the job is urgent — book a visit and we scan on site, anywhere in Bulgaria. Either way you get back a file, and from there printing a new one is the easy part.
The maker moved on; your machine didn’t. We scan a good example and print it whenever you need one.
Made by hand years ago and never documented. A scan brings it into CAD, where it can finally be kept — and improved.
We rebuild the shape it was meant to have, not the one it has now — and can print it in a tougher material than the original.
The scanner is a Revopoint MetroY Ultra — manufacturer-rated to 0.015 mm single-frame accuracy. We are launching this service now, so we will publish our own measured figures once we have proven them on a reference part.
Published up front because it is the first thing anyone asks. Bigger than this and we can often split the part — ask.
Your quote is one number for the whole order: material, machine time and our work. Shipping is paid to the courier on delivery — or you collect your order, free.
All of it is measured from the print file we prepare for your part, not guessed from its size.
Short answers, no jargon. If yours is not here, just ask — the contact page reaches a person, not a ticket queue.
Because the settings that decide a price — orientation, walls, infill, supports — also decide whether the part does its job. An instant calculator would have to ask you to choose them. We would rather a person who prints for a living chooses them for you, and prices what will actually be printed.
A person opens it, checks it will print well, prepares it and emails you the price with the date your order will be ready. If something about the model needs a decision from you, we ask first.
Parts are not printed solid: inside, a lattice saves plastic and time. More infill and more walls make a part stronger and heavier, and cost more. We choose them for the job your part does — tell us if you need it stronger or lighter than usual.
PA-CF is nylon reinforced with carbon fibre — stiff enough to stand in for machined aluminium in many brackets. It needs a heated chamber, a hardened nozzle and slower, hotter printing, so what you are paying for is machine time, not a premium label.
3MF, STL, OBJ or STEP — every CAD tool and most 3D apps export at least one of them. If you only have a drawing or a sketch, get in touch: turning it into a printable model is often a small job.
Yes — reply, or send a new request, and we prepare a new quote. The price always matches the exact file we will print, so any change gets its own quote.
By bank transfer, after you accept the quote and before we print. We do not charge VAT, so the price is what you pay, and you get an invoice.
Yes — that is our scanning service. Send the part by courier — or book an on-site visit: we scan it, you approve the file, and it is yours to keep. If you want, we then print a new part straight from it.
Yes, anywhere in Bulgaria — the scanner is portable. Travel is its own line on the quote, priced by region and agreed before we set off; urgent visits are scheduled ahead of the queue and priced accordingly.
Every FDM print is built in layers, and on curved or sloping surfaces they show. Tell us the part is for display and we print it with finer layers and smoother top surfaces. To be visually perfect it will still need finishing by hand, which we do not offer today.
Never shared, never resold, and never shown as an example of our work without you saying so in writing.
Your account, models and orders are stored in data centres in Germany, encrypted there and on the way there, and every change to your order is recorded.
Your data is handled under GDPR. ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 are on our roadmap — we are building to those standards now, and we would rather say "roadmap" than let a logo imply more.
The awkward shape, the unusual material, the one you only need one of, the part that exists only in your hand. That is the work we like. A quote costs nothing — and for a physical part, a photo and a sentence get you an answer.
