The discontinued spare
The maker moved on; your machine did not. We scan a good example and print it whenever you need one.
We scan physical parts with a blue-laser scanner and turn them back into usable digital models — a mesh for printing, or a rebuilt CAD model you can edit. Once a part is a file, it cannot be discontinued, worn out or lost. And when you need a new one, the print farm is in the same room.
We are launching this service now and booking the first jobs. The figures below are the manufacturer’s; we will publish our own measured results, dated, once we have validated them on a reference part.

Made by hand years ago and never documented. A scan brings it into CAD, where it can finally be kept — and improved.
We rebuild the shape it was meant to have, not the one it has now — and can print it in a tougher material than the original.
Scan the parts your business depends on while they are healthy. A shelf of spares becomes a folder of files — and a file does not rust.
Built into a machine, too big for a courier, or needed back in service by tomorrow? We come to you — the scanner is portable, and on-site visits are available across Bulgaria. Travel is priced by region and appears on the quote as its own line, agreed before we set off.
Every job produces a mesh of the measured surface — the file a printer needs. For reverse engineering we go further: a rebuilt, editable CAD model with proper dimensions, which you can modify, improve, or hand to any workshop. The exact file formats (mesh, STL/3MF, STEP) are confirmed with you per job.
The files are yours. Our copy makes your parts and does nothing else — never shared, never resold, never shown without your written consent.
Good scans start with honest numbers, so here are the ones we can state today — the manufacturer’s, for the Revopoint MetroY Ultra:
By courier, or on site: when the part cannot travel or the job is urgent, we come to you, anywhere in Bulgaria. Parts that reach us are logged at intake, handled carefully, and come back with the delivery.
The scanner records the surface as millions of points, which become a clean mesh.
You see the model before anything else happens. For reverse engineering, this is where the rebuilt CAD comes for your sign-off.
Both are a normal ending. If you print, the quote works like every other quote here: prepared by a person, one clear price, yours to accept or refuse.
Scanning is quoted per job, before any work starts — the price depends on the part’s size and complexity and on whether you need just the scan or a rebuilt CAD model. You will always know the number before you commit, and the file handover is part of the job, not an extra.
For on-site visits, travel is its own line on the quote, priced by region — reaching Varna is not the same trip as crossing Sofia, and the quote says so plainly instead of averaging it into the price of the work. Urgent visits are scheduled ahead of the queue and priced accordingly, agreed with you before we set off.
The interesting question is rarely “can it be scanned” — it is “what do you want to do with it afterwards”. Write to us with a photo and a sentence about the part, and you will get a straight answer from the people who will do the work: get in touch.
Send us a model and a person prices it — a quote costs nothing. Or start a scan with just a photo of the part. One part is a perfectly normal order either way.
