What we process, and why

Your email address (and your name, if you give it) — to sign you in and run your account (contract). Sign-in codes and your session — to keep your account yours (contract, security). Your models, the print files we prepare from them and your requests — to quote and make your parts (contract). Order, delivery and invoicing details — to deliver and invoice (contract; our legal duties under the Accountancy Act). Technical logs, without file contents or form data — security (legitimate interest).

Who helps us

Microsoft hosts the platform (Azure, data centres in Germany) and our email (Microsoft 365), under a data processing agreement. The courier you choose receives your name, phone and delivery address.

What we do not do

No advertising, no profiling, no selling of data. Your files are never training data and never someone else’s example.

How long we keep things

Account data: while the account exists. Models and print files: while your account needs them, or until you ask us to delete them; files of requests you never accept: 6 months. Invoicing data: the period the Accountancy Act requires. Sign-in codes: minutes. Technical logs: 30 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection — write to us and we act within a month. If you believe we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg); we would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Cookies

No tracking cookies. When you sign in, one strictly necessary cookie keeps your session; your language choice is kept in your browser. Both are needed for the site to work, which is why there is no consent banner.
